ASOS Spring 2017 Edit

ASOS Spring 2017 Edit

Something we love about spring is fashion. Last week, we wrote a post on the ten pieces you must have in your spring wardrobe. This week, we’ve selected three our favorite spring 2017 trends and picked up items from ASOS accordingly. We hope you’ll enjoy them as much as we do!

Spring 2017 Trends

Jump in the past

It looks like the 80s are making a come back this season. However, we also like the 70s and the 90s. Thus, anything that relates to these years is worth wearing! We love gingham, bows and metallics. On a jacket, earrings, jumpsuits or sandals, we’re not fussy. We are fine with anything. Sometimes we wish we had the power to get back in time and explore the fashion of this era. Good thing that it is making a come back. Our absolute favorite is the black and blue biker jacket.

Flower power

Flowers? For Spring? Groundbreaking. Yes, we all have in mind this killer quote from Miranda. Devil wears Prada, such a good movie! She might be right though. Yet, lowers are an important part of spring. As a matter of fact, flowers are to spring what fruits are to summer. Don’t know if that makes sense. Doesn’t matter. We love flowers and we love seeing flowers everywhere. In vases or on clothes, no matter the size or the color. They are just pretty and cute.

Pretty in red

Red is a bright color and usually worn in summer. However, this season, red is the “it” color and we understand why. It is bright, it is popping up, it is beautiful. It can also have a lot of meanings: love, passion, anger, etc. Let’s keep it to express or love and passion for fashion, shall we. We love red but also any color belonging to the same family. While burgundy is more an autumn tone, cherry, pink and peach are perfect for spring! We can mix and match them, they go perfectly together!

We hope you liked this post. Thanks for reading.

See you soon,
Love,

I’m absolutely in love with everything in the florals section, particularly the embroidered top, the flamingo and flower skirt, and the oversized shirt. For me, this season is all about embroidery – I just can’t get enough! Great post!

Cool collages! 🙂 I’m not quite sure what to think about this season fashion. I was born in 90s and I have love & hate relationship to things that where in back then. Wearing some of those old favorites would make me feel like a preteen again haha. But well, the colors of the season are nice and I love the nature inspired pieces shown in many fashion shows.
